That sounds about right Tessa. When I was in Vietnam they had just passed a new helmet law. Before that they were having a 100 deaths a day because of accidents on scooters. They are also only a 1/100 of the population of China too. Driving there in an insanity that you wouldn't believe. I need to edit the video I took and post it some time.
